Four Posts in one day- I guess I am making up for things!

So here is a personal post. . . no babies involved (well at least bean is not the focus.)

ROB'S BIRTHDAY WEEKEND!

Last weekend was Rob's 31st birthday. Well. . . He'll tell you he is not 31, he is timeless but for those of you hung up on time lines he is 31. The weekend started Thursday night with a trip to Great Woods (now the Comcast Center- the lamest name for the coolest venue) to see the incredible Jimmy Buffett! We are huge parrotheads and we thought Bean should start young. We hung out in the parking lot for a while (it IS the coolest place to be) and then headed out to the lawn to watch an incredible show! Here, enjoy some pictures:

Pirate Boat Party Bus. This comes to every show we have been too and it is my favorite in the parking lot!

Fun Shark Surf Board Table. The decorations in the parking lot are so darn fun!

Me, a bean, and a giant inflatable parrot. You can totally see my baby bump. Too fun!

Rob and I on the lawn.

Jimmy!!!!!

Friday was Rob's actual birthday. He chose to spend it bike riding. We went down to Bristol Rhode Island (near Newport) and hit the bike trail up to Providence. It was 14+ miles one way. We had a GREAT time (though it was a little hot). More pictures:

Starting our ride at Independence Park Bristol RI

We stopped in this little town for a pizza lunch. Very tasty!

The end of the line. Apparently the trail will go over a bridge and into Providence but they were doing sidewalk construction. Clearly that did not stop me!

Back to Bristol! The end of a very long and super fun trip. Overall a supreme day!

On Saturday we were supposed to go to BAE Day at Canobie Lake Park. Due to the impending arrival of Tropical Storm Hannah they rescheduled us for September 27. We took a rainy Saturday to play board games with Matt, Baby Bennie, John and Kelly. Bonnie was unable to join us because she was at a meet and greet with New Kids on The Block (they're back)! We had a very good time playing games all day. We have some super fun pictures (including one of Matt waiting until the real rain came to put up the rain spouts on his gutters) but they are with Rob at work. Hopefully, I will get them up here.

On Sunday Rob had wanted to go Scuba diving but his dive group got a little apprehensive about the ocean conditions post tropical storm. So we went back to Matt's house for more games. It was a super weekend for Rob's birthday.

Hope you enjoyed!
