three months

Happy 3 month birthday little man. You have been very busy.
At your two -month Dr’s appointment two weeks ago (it was a little late) you weighed 13 pounds 6 ounces and were 24 inches long. You “talk” all the time. You have added G, L and the occasional B to all of your vowels. You started giggling on the Saturday before Mother’s Day- What a great gift. You love having kisses up and down your belly (video to be added soon) and having your hands kissed and both of these will make you giggle. You also laugh when we tickle your neck. You smile all the time. You enjoy the songs Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes; The theme song to the VeggieTales TV show and various Jimmy Buffett songs (Jolly Mon, Tonight I just need my Guitar, Jimmy Dreams, One Particular Harbor and Blue Guitar). You will often join in and “sing” with us.
You love your Pacis (NUKS) but have also discovered your hands recently. You can scoot across the floor while on your back and have rotated in this position a full 180 Degrees. Last Saturday you rolled over from your belly to your back and did that two more times today. You love to stand up and will “walk” across the floor while we hold your hands. (video to follow). Last Friday you moved from the cradle in our room to the crib in your room and have done a great job sleeping across the hall. You often sleep through the night and usually will go to bed around 8:30- 9:30. You like to play with the yellow fish that hangs off of your Ocean Wonders Play Mat and like to bounce in your Jumpy seat. Your favorite toys are your cow, “Blue Puppy” and “Battington”. Blue Puppy and Battington are small blankets with animals.
You have been to Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maryland and Washington D.C. You have seen the Statue of Liberty, The Washington Monument and the Lincoln Memorial. You have been to the National Aquarium and the Smithsonian of US History. You have seen the movies Watchmen, Earth, Wolverine, Angels and Demons and Star Trek. Your First hotel stay was at the Residence Inn in Ellicott City, MD. You have been to the beach (Nubble Lighthouse, Maine), to Sky Diving Drop Zones (Sky Dive New England, Maine and Jump Town, MA) and to the ski mountains (Ragged Mountain, NH and Mt. Sunappee, NH). You even got your own Season Pass to Ragged. Your very good friends are Addi and Nya. We try to see them once a week! You are very loved and we can’t wait to see what the rest of your life holds! It’s been a super three months to start.
You have made our lives richer in ways i never thought possible. We love you!
